By accessing the Forge8 Protocol ("the System", "the Platform"), you ("the Operator") acknowledge and accept these operational parameters as a binding agreement.
- Eligibility: Operators must be 16 years or older. Parental authorization required for Operators under 18.
- Account Integrity: You are responsible for maintaining credential security and all activities executed under your account.
- Modification Rights: Forge8 reserves the right to update these parameters with 30-day advance notice for material changes.
Continued system access after notice period constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
02//ACCOUNT INTEGRITY
Account management protocols:
- Single Operator: Each account is licensed for individual use only. Credential sharing is prohibited.
- Accurate Data: You must provide accurate profile information. False data may compromise system calibration accuracy.
- Security: Report unauthorized access immediately to security@forge8.eu.
- Prohibited Activities: Reverse-engineering, automated scraping, system exploitation, or resale of access results in immediate termination.
03//PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTION
The Forge8 Protocol operates on a tiered capacity model:
- RECON (Free): Base functionality with 1 AI-generated training plan (read-only).
- HEAVY DUTY (€8.90/mo): AI plan generation with manual workout editing, advanced analytics, 7-day micro-cycle analysis.
- INDUSTRIAL (€14.90/mo): Full plan customization, advanced performance diagnostics, weak link detection, predictive race simulation.
Billing: Subscriptions processed monthly via Stripe. Prices in EUR, VAT applied per jurisdiction.
Capacity Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated billing for remaining cycle.
Capacity Downgrades: Scheduled for end of current billing period. No partial refunds.
04//DECOMMISSION (CANCELLATION)
Account decommission protocols:
- Operator-Initiated: Decommission your account via Settings > Account > Decommission. Data erasure per Data Protection Protocols.
- System-Initiated: Forge8 may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, extended inactivity (24+ months), or legal requirements.
- Effect: Upon decommission, system access terminates immediately. No refunds for remaining subscription period.
- Data Retention: Training logs may be exported before decommission. Post-decommission, data is purged within 30 days.

WARNING: The Forge8 Protocol is designed for high-output performance optimization. Consult a medical professional before initializing any high-intensity training sequence. Failure to respect biological limits may result in structural failure (injury).
- Not Medical Advice: The CORTEX System provides training optimization suggestions, not medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
- Individual Responsibility: You are solely responsible for assessing your physical readiness before executing any recommended protocol.
- Pre-Existing Conditions: Operators with cardiovascular conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, or chronic health issues must obtain medical clearance.
- Listen to Your Body: Pain, dizziness, or unusual symptoms require immediate protocol termination and medical consultation.
FORGE8 IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
06//LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CRITICAL: Read this section carefully. It limits Forge8's liability to you.
- No Guarantees: Performance improvements depend on individual factors (genetics, consistency, nutrition, recovery) beyond Platform control. Results are not guaranteed.
- AI Limitations: CORTEX recommendations are based on available data and algorithms. They may contain errors or suboptimal suggestions.
- Service Availability: Forge8 targets 99.5% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Liability Cap: Forge8's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
- Exclusions: Forge8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, physical injury, or business interruption.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence, fraud, or death/injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law.
07//INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Ownership and licensing parameters:
- Platform IP: Forge8 retains all rights to the CORTEX System, platform code, design, algorithms, and branding. No license is granted beyond personal use access.
- Operator Content: You retain ownership of data you input (workout logs, notes). You grant Forge8 a license to process this data for service delivery.
- AI Output: Coaching recommendations and analysis generated by CORTEX are provided for personal use only. Commercial redistribution prohibited.
- Feedback: Suggestions or feedback submitted become Forge8 property without compensation obligation.
08//GOVERNING LAW
Legal framework parameters:
- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
- Disputes: Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless consumer protection laws require otherwise.
- EU Consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection regulations.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.
